Timothy was born and raised in Cary, Illinois. He attended the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. His resume includes several prominent restaurants where he gained experience as a line cook and a sous chef. He has worked at the Palace Cafe in New Orleans and the Ritz Carlton, Sable, and Epic in Chicago. Tim joined Barrington Hills CC in 2015 and is a Chicago Club Chefs Association member. You can find him at a Cubs game or enjoying the outdoors when he's not in the kitchen.
